NOW, THEREFORE, INCONSIDERATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH LICENSE, IF SAID principal shall well and truly comply with such Ordinances, Rules and Regulations and any amendments thereof, as require the execution of this bond, then this obligation shall be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect.  This obligation shall become effective on the ______ day of ________, 20___ and shall remain in force until ______day of ________, 20 ___.  This bond may be extended for a further term by the issuance of a Continuation certificate signed by the Surety.  If the Surety herein shall so elect, this bond May be cancelled at any time by the Surety herein by giving the Principal and to the Obligee THIRTY (30) days written notice of such cancellation.  Nothing herein shall affect any rights or liabilities which shall have accrued under this bond prior to the date of such termination and that the maximum liability of the Surety on the bond, regardless of the number of claims filed against the bond shall not exceed the penal sum of the bond.  IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Principal and the said Surety have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this _____day of _______, 20 ___.
