HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD

April 12, 2011

The special meeting of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on April 12, 2011, for a phone conference with legal counsel Gary Allen

Present:           Stefan Chatwin, Dan Green, Kenneth Sewell, David Weinstein

Absent:            Ron McIntire

Also Present:   Ken Windram, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board-Facility System Manager; Paul Klatt, J-U-B Engineering;

The meeting was called to order by Gary Allen, Attorney at 9:00 a.m. 

Executive Session 67-2345 1(f)

Executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345, subsection (1)(f) to consider and advise its legal representatives  in pending litigation or where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation. 

Moved to adjourn meeting from executive session at 9:45 a.m... Motion carried.
