HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD

April 24, 2014

The special meeting of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on April 24, 2014, in the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board Temporary Office, 10789 N. Atlas Road, Hayden, Idaho.

The meeting was called to order by Todd Walker, Chairman at 2:00 p.m... 

Roll Call was then taken:

City of Hayden- Stefan Chatwin-present by Telephone Conference

            Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- Todd Walker-present

            Kootenai County- Dan Green- absent

Executive Session 67-2345 1 (f)

Gary Allen, Attorney has set up a conference call to update us on challenging the Spokane Tribe’s PCB standard.

It was moved by Todd Walker, and seconded by Stefan Chatwin, to go into executive session per Idaho Code 67-2345, subsection (1)(f) to consider imminent litigation.

Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- Todd Walker-Yes

Kootenai County Airport –Dan Green-Absent

Motion Carried.
