HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD

July 21, 2014

The special meeting of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on July 21, 2014, in the City of Hayden Council Chambers at 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden, ID.

The meeting was called to order by Todd Walker, Chairman at 11:00 a.m... 

Roll Call was then taken:

City of Hayden- Stefan Chatwin-present  

            Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- Todd Walker-present

            Kootenai County- Dan Green- present  

Approval of Payment Requests for BNR Construction

It was moved by Stefan Chatwin, and seconded by Dan Green, that the Board authorize the payment requests for BNR Improvements Phase 1 Project Construction with the City of Hayden Land payment being allowed up to $435,000, see enclosed packet.  The enclosed packet includes: TML Construction, Inc for $425,288.91; JUB Engineering for $50,180.76; Panhandle Area Council for $1,666; City of Hayden for an amount up to $435,000.

Motion Carried.
