HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD

May 14, 2014

The special meeting of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on May 14, 2014, in the Hawley Troxell Office/2^nd Floor Conference Room, 250 Northwest Blvd, Suite 204, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814.

Purpose of Meeting: BNR Improvement Phase 1 Financial Agreement Update Meeting

Roll Call was then taken:

City of Hayden- no board members present

            Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- no board members present

            Kootenai County- no board members present

Due to lack of quorum no official meeting was held, post bid information was reviewed and discussions will be present to the HARSB Board and entities at a future meeting, see enclosed notes from Michael Schmidt.
