HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD

May 15, 2014

The special meeting of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on May 15, 2014, in the City of Hayden City Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden, Idaho 83835.

Purpose of Meeting: Pre-Construction Meeting for Phase 1 BNR Improvements

Roll Call was then taken:

City of Hayden- no board members present

            Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- Todd Walker- yes

            Kootenai County- no board members present

Due to lack of quorum no official meeting was held, and the pre-construction meeting continued on as planned, see engineers report.
