HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD
March 18, 2008
The special meeting
of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on March 18, 2008, in the City
of
The meeting was called to
order by Jay Townsend, Acting Chairman at 1:00 p.m.
Roll Call was then taken of
the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board Members.
Present: Tom DePew, Gerry
House, Richard Piazza, Jay Townsend
Absent: Ron McIntire
Also Present:
Ken Windram, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board-Project Manager;
Stephanie Oliver, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board- Secretary
Randy Goff and Cary Stewart
of HDR then introduced themselves, and started their financial implementation
plan presentation. See enclosed
handout of power point presentation.
Following the presentation,
the board had a chance to ask questions regarding the plan that HDR put forth.
It was moved by Gerry House,
and seconded by Tom Depew to recess until 3:00 p.m., motion carried.
It was moved by Gerry House,
and seconded by Tom Depew to reconvene at 3:00 p.m., motion carried.

to order by Jay Townsend, Acting Chairman at 3:00 p.m.

implementation plan presentation.

Following the presentation,
the board had a chance to ask questions regarding the plan that FCS put forth.
Following the presentations,
Jay Townsend presented an evaluation sheet to be filled out regarding both
presentations to be returned at the March 20, 2008 board meeting.
Moved to adjourn
meeting by Tom DePew, and seconded by Gerry House, at 4:18 p.m... Motion
carried.
