Groundbreaking Ceremony

HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD

May 16, 2014

The special meeting of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on May 16, 2014, at the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board Construction Site, 10789 N. Atlas Road, Hayden, Idaho.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony was opening by Ken Windram, Administrator at 12:15 p.m... 

Roll Call was then taken:

City of Hayden- Ron McIntire-present

            Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- Todd Walker-present

            Kootenai County- Dan Green- present arrived at 12:25 p.m….

Ken Windram, Todd Walker and Paul Klatt discussed the history of HARSB, upcoming construction, and then thanked the project team and those who have lent a hand in the process so far.

Groundbreaking pictures where then taken.

Everyone was then encouraged to look over the plan details, and enjoy a light repast, also see attached brochure.

Ceremony was over by 12:45 p.m.
