The special meeting
of the Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board was held on November 12, 2010, in the
City of Hayden Lake, Council Chambers at 9393 N. Strahorn Road, Hayden Lake,
Present:
Stefan Chatwin, Ron McIntire, Kenneth Sewell, David Weinstein
Absent:
Richard Piazza,
Also Present:
Ken Windram, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board-Facility System Manager;
Stephanie Oliver, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board-Secretary; Paul Klatt,
J-U-B Engineering; Terry Werner, City of Post Falls; Brett Boyer, City of
Rathdrum; Vic Holmes, City of Rathdrum; Eric Keck, City of Post Falls; Scott
Reed, Hayden Area Regional Sewer Board- Attorney
The meeting was called to
order by Ron McIntire, Chairman at 12:10 p.m.
Executive Session 67-2345 1(f)
It was moved by Ken Sewell,
and seconded by Stefan Chatwin, to recess and go into executive session per
Idaho Code 67-2345, subsection (1)(f) to consider and advise its legal
representatives in pending
litigation or where there is a general public awareness of probable litigation.

City of Hayden -Stefan Chatwin- Yes
Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District- Ken Sewell-Yes
Kootenai County Airport -Richard Piazza-Absent
Motion Carried.
Board recessed at 12:13 p.m.
Moved to adjourn meeting
from executive session by Stefan Chatwin, and seconded by Ken Sewell, at 1:13
p.m... Motion carried.
